Current Weight: 145

 Since I'm on a budget I decided to revisit Slim In 6 since I already have it. I started on Monday Aug 30th with Start It Up, and Ramp It Up the remaining days of the week.

Exercise  Routine Mon-Sat
45 min- 1 hr run/walk combo outside, Slim In 6 (Ramp It Up), Elliptical Machine

Total Calories burned for the week: 4017

A few meals this week:(*I now make big batches so most days are repeats)

  5. I tell you... your meals always, always look really good, you know sometimes when on a health diet some of the food looks so boring. But, I love how you make your meals enjoyable while reaching your goal...keep up the excellent work!:)

  7. @ zainab1- thank u :) and there is no way this weightloss would work for me if my food wasn't good. i love to eat.

    @ MochaTrina -yes,a friend grilled one for me on Monday and I was hooked! very meaty tasting and delicious. I put swiss cheese, onions & A1 steak sauce on mine.

  10. Something is better than nothing. I heard great things about Slim in 6 but I haven’t tried yet. You’re doing an excellent job with your journey and you keep on pushing play. Keep up with the great work!!!
