I am late posting this but I have felt like crap the last couple of days. This week was not a good week exercise wise and for me emotionally. I got so stressed out and upset over the weekend that I did something I haven't done in a long time. I binged and it was ugly. I will not relive it but lets just say there was a ton of food involved and 1/2 of a cake and 4 Mcdonalds apple pies later I felt a little better. I got so stressed out that my cycle started 2 weeks early (wth?). That has never happened to me before. I didn't know that could happen to anyone so I learned something new.

Exercise  Mon-Sat
45 min- 1 hr run/walk combo outside, Slim In 6 (Ramp It Up), Elliptical Machine *3 out of 6 days*

Total Calories burned for the week: 2618

Just a few of my meals this week:

This week I'm determined to get  back on track and continue reaching for my goal.

I'd like to say thank you to Shrinking Blubeari for the versatile award she gave to me. Very sweet of you :)

  7. Wish I could binge and still lose! I've gained a bit back, not too happy about that. So sorry that you got so stressed out. Only my family can get me worked up like that, so I keep my distance these days and I'm much happier. Have a great week!

  9. Oh Vee I meant to ask you. I notice you have another blog about being natural. My son is dying to have curls in his head instead of his natural waves. Is there a product I can use to make his hair more curly?

  10. Thanks ladies :)
@ Melissa- there are so many out there that claim to define the curls(Miss Jessies, Kinky Curly Curling Custard etc..) but honestly I haven't tried any of them yet.

  12. Vee, Thanks for visiting and commenting on my blog sistervegetarian. It's okay to always do the Jeff Galloway walk/run method. You are actually doing awesome at 15 min intervals od running! I'm proud of you. Actually, teh walk/run method of running preserves the knees and we experience little to no injuries base don the olympic marathoner's method Jeff Galloway. Many runners run this method, so don't feel you must run straight w/o intervals. You are doing awesome! And, in this post you did on binging. Hang in there. If you feel a craving for something, it's okay to treat yourself to a small helping so we do not binge later. When we deny ourselves something, it is then we binge and overindulge. If I crave chocolate cake, I'll treat myself to a small piece and that craving is done. No binging. No regrets. Life is good. See life as that, and binging will cease. When we deny ourselves, it's then we crave what we can't have. You are doing great in exercise because good daily eating habits(not dieting)with daily exercise makes us strong, healthy, and full of energy. :) Have a beautiful week!!!
