Week 12- Day 1

Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps
Run/Walk - 1 hr



I am beat!


Breakfast: Oikos caramel Greek yogurt & 1/2 banana


Lunch: Quesadilla


Dinner: mini me made shrimp stir fry- i removed my shrimp and added some MSF's veggie chicken strips, and a large scoop of steamed veggies.


Snacks: 1 deep chocolate vitamuffin, 1 pk 100 cal Cocoa Roasted almonds, cantaloupe

  1. I experimented yesterday and made a tuna quesadilla since I didn't have any chicken ready. It really wasn't bad!

  3. @ MH I have a friend who LOVES tuna melt quesadillas! I admit they do look good tho.

    @Melissa- the less I'm in the kitchen the better so I had to come up with some simple satisfying meals.
