Run/Walk- 1 hr
Yesterday after my morning exercise, my day got pretty busy long into the wee hours. I didn't get to take pics of my meals but I ate pretty much the same that I've been eating for the past few days. I snacked heavily on crackers and almonds in the wee hours which I'm sure to pay for but that's okay.
Breakfast: Oikos caramel Greek yogurt
Lunch: same ole quesadilla
Dinner: leftover stir fry and fresh veggies
