Exercise: 45 min run/walk everyday this week except Saturday. I still haven't decided which exercise program I am going to go with next. I'm looking for something that will include some of everything like P90X did. Also a new gym just opened up walking distance from me, open 24 hrs at $34 per month. I am seriously contemplating it. Negative side is that it's smaller than the gyms I'm used to. It used to be a boutique in the shopping ctr. I felt like I had a bit of claustrophobia when we went in to tour it. It didn't help that there were a ton of people in there that day either. What I do know is that I need to step my game up asap for operation Miami. I'd like to be able to fit into some of my old clothes and not have to buy any.
