Exercise: 45 min run/walk everyday this week except Saturday.
I still haven't decided which exercise program I am going to go with next. I'm looking for something that will include some of everything like P90X did. Also a new gym just opened up walking distance from me, open 24 hrs at $34 per month. I am seriously contemplating it. Negative side is that it's smaller than the gyms I'm used to. It used to be a boutique in the shopping ctr. I felt like I had a bit of claustrophobia when we went in to tour it. It didn't help that there were a ton of people in there that day either. What I do know is that I need to step my game up asap for operation Miami. I'd like to be able to fit into some of my old clothes and not have to buy any.
A few meals this week:

Hey! Your new picture is amazing! Your butt is so much smaller! I can't wait to see what you decide on for your next fitness program. I personally don't like gyms. Right now I'm doing the Brazil Butt Lift and it's really hard! Keep up the good work. You look awesome! Lorraine :)
ReplyDeleteHello again! My hair regime is simple, I condition almost every day because i am always running or at the gym. I shampoo once a week. I deep condition under the heating cap once a week. I use a serum after a wash and moisturizer morning and night. My downfall is that I do not tie my hair at night, but I never did, the scarf ALWAYS come off! Any suggestions?

I have been doing Turbo Fire. It is great for dropping inches, and it will also improve your run/walks. I have really enjoyed it. It's fun.

Congrats on the weight-loss!!! Have you heard of ChaLean Extreme? It's another 90days workout program by BeachBody. I hear great things about and it's only 5 days a week. I'm planning on starting it On November 1st after completing Insanity. Keep us update on whatever you decide to go with. You're doing a fantastic job with your journey. Keep up the great work!!!
