This week was my final week with P90X and also my recovery week.  However I did push myself to do a 45 min run/walk 3 days this week and ate as usual-no overindulging.

OMG!!!!!...I looooove this blog, this is super inspirational. i am going to try... try hard and try harder, Using this a beginners guide like something to go by, until I get more seasoned in the eating better and fitness area. I plan to start running next week. I use to work out a while ago and for one reason or another I gave up.
    But, not this time.
