Week 9- Day 3

Shoulders & Arms, ABRipperX
Elliptical- burned 300 calories

My leg felt fine today so I picked right up where I left off with P90X. I wanted to do more on the elliptical but I didn't want to push it. Food has been blah this week. We're clearing out what's left in the fridge before we go grocery shopping.

Breakfast: Chobani pomegranate 

Lunch: 1 Moningstar Farms Prime Veggie Grillers on Natures Own whole wheat bread, 9 Alexia garlic potatoes

Dinner: Wild Caught  Cajun Salmon, 1 cup organic broccoli

    Have you tried the Morningstar black bean burgers? They are yummy. I top mine with fat free pepper-jack and salsa. My kids scarf them down like McDonalds!

  3. Thanks ladies, my hair is pretty wild in it but I like it lmbo!

    I can't remember if I've tried the black bean burgers yet or not so that means I'll have to go out and get some. I love the grilled primers!
