Week 3 -Day 6

Wun (walk run combo)- 1 hr
Elliptical- burned 200 calories
Bike riding- 1 hr


I'm pooped.

Breakfast: 1/2 cup protein smoothie
Lunch: turkey sandwich ( 6 slices deli fresh turkey, lettuce, 1 slice tomato, 1/2 tablespoon Kraft fat free mayo,) & 1 apple sliced and sprinkled with cinnamon, & 1/2 apple berry vitatop
Dinner: Kashi Chicken pasta dish, 9 leftover brussel sprouts, 1 mini ear of corn (did not eat) & 1 cup of kiwi and 1 sliced peach (did not eat the peach)
Snacks: 1/2 cup OS cranberry juice unsweetened, 1 triple chocolate vitatop, 1/2 apple berry vitatop, 1/3 cup energy trail mix
