Week 5 - Day 7

Elliptical- burned 300 calories

Today was supposed to be my rest day but because I missed the workout yesterday I decided to do it today.  Tomorrow I hope to get a chance to walk/jog and ride my bike.

Goals for this week:
*do not skip any meals
*at least 3 bike rides/walks/jogs

Breakfast: 2 egg white omelet w/ mushrooms, onions, & spinach , 1/2 Larabar
Lunch: banana protein smoothie
Dinner: baked salmon with 1 tbspn teriyaki glaze, 1 ear of corn, 1 mixed salad w/carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes & 9 grilled shrmp, 2 tbspn Balsamic vinaigrette
Snack:  crackers, 1/2 Larabar
