Elliptical- burned 550 calories
When I first began my journey I chose P90X Doubles. Now that I've entered Phase 2 I've decided to go with the Lean program instead. Realistically if I did Doubles I would have to cut out walking and riding my bike and I just find those much more fun. Once again I talked myself into going for my walk in the evening today but it was hot as hello kitty outside. Sashi and I got as far as my driveway and turned right back around.
After watching some Best Burgers show on the Travel channel yesterday, I had BLT's & burgers on my mind the remainder of the day. I was determined to re-create my favorite sammies.
Breakfast: TBLT (2 slices Jennie O Xtra Lean turkey bacon, 1 slice tomato, 1 tbspn Kraft fat free mayo, romaine lettuce), & 1 peach
Lunch: banana protein smoothie
Dinner: Turkey burger (1 Jennie O Lean turkey burger, 1 slice 2% swiss cheese, grilled onions, sauteed mushrooms, 1 tbspn steak sauce) & sweet potato fries (from 1 potato) with cinnamon
Snacks: (7) R.W. Garcia spicy Thai chips, 1/6 cup energy trail mix
I broke my cam and used my dtr's. Geesh..I'm going to have to buy a new one.
