Week 6- Day 5

Legs & Back, AbRipperX
Elliptical- burned 800 calories

I finally agreed to go out for drinks with some of my associates tonight. Even though I don't plan on eating or drinking any alcohol. My friend asked why not and I explained that I have already eaten for the day. She says at least I can get some nachos or something. I forgot that they haven't seen me for a while so they don't know the details of my journey. I have only shared my blog with 3 people in my life. Sometimes it's easier to share with strangers than with people that you know, if that makes any sense at all. I only announced to them that I was going to stop smoking cigarettes, start exercising, eating right, and stop going out for a while. The "me" before this journey wouldn't have cared a bit that I had just eaten dinner. I would have gone to the restaurant to eat again as well as consume 4 or 5 sweet mixed drinks and wine. I always ordered more than one entree whenever I couldn't decide what i wanted....just greedy.  I hope I will remain strong and stick to my guns tonight.

Breakfast: 1 morningstar veggie sausage patty, 2 egg white omelet with spinach on 1 Thomas whole wheat English muffin

Lunch: blueberry & banana protein smoothie with a few blue chips

Dinner: REPEAT! Told ya I would be having this again, and it was just as good. Added leftover corn on the cob

Hope everyone has a good nite!

  1. Good eats for the day! Enjoy your night out!

  2. Amazing work, you stayed strong and you should br very proud of yourself. Peer pressure is not only for teenagers.
I agree with you about sharing your blog. Some of my friends came across my blog by accident and they were hurt that I hadn't told them about it. I even thought about shutting it down. I find that some people don't understand. They look at me and say that I have lost enough weight, I need to stop, I work out too much. I ignore all of these comments and I do me.

Keep up the great work and keep doing what you are doing, you are really doing a great job.

  3. Thanks for the watch info. I send her a message asking what type she has.

Thanks for stopping by!
