Week 5 - Day 6

Elliptical- burned 250 calories


I was supposed to do KenpoX  but I got home too late. I was tired but pushed myself to get on the elliptical for a few minutes.

Breakfast: 1 greek yogurt
Morning snack: 1/2 Larabar
Lunch- nada
Afternoon snack: crackers and 1 wedge laughing cow swiss cheese
Dinner: leftovers- 1 cup spaghetti squash, 1/3 cup smart ground, 1/2 cup tomato & basil sauce
Last snack: 1/2 Larabar
