Week 5 - Day 5

Legs & Back, AbRipperX
Walk/Run-30 minutes
Elliptical- burned 200 calories

I've noticed that my appetite has decreased. Lately I've been having to make myself eat, especially at breakfast, but that's always been the case. I thought my body had gotten used to the 5-6 small meals instead of over indulging in 2-3 huge ones. I searched the web and found some pretty interesting articles.  This one here talks about physical activity and list that it can help you reduce your appetite. Ok so maybe you're saying "this dingbat didn't know that?" No I did not. This whole way of losing weight properly is all new to me. Now ask me about some diet pills and I could give you the rundown, but I wouldn't because they almost killed me. Anywho..next week I will have to focus more and make sure that I eat enough calories for my workouts. I don't want to burn out.

Breakfast: nada
Morning snack: whole Larabar (lemon which I will not be buying again)
Lunch: banana protein smoothie
Afternoon snack: 12 crackers
Dinner: Turkey burger topped with 1 slice 2% swiss cheese, mushrooms, sauteed onions, 1 tbspn steak sauce on 1 Earthgrain thin bun, 1 baked potato, 1 cup of broccoli
Last snack: watermelon

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and I can't wait to read about it.

  1. I too am suprised when I am not as hungry as I used to be. But I always try and have something every 3 hrs, even if I am not hungry because I know that will keep my metabolism in check. Looks like you are doing well!
